        That is the worst t-mobile store, I went to want to buy a phone, there was an employee named Daniel and then we did the whole process, he said how much it was going to cost me and when we were about to finish it, he told me that we didn't have the phone in the store, he made me waste 40 minutes of my time waiting and doing the whole process and then at the end of the day he told me that they didn't have phones, how could it be possible that they want to sell a phone, if they don't have it in the store and without knowing or checking before offering it.

        Door was locked at 8:20 pm, well before the 9 pm closing time, even though there were customers inside. As one of the customers inside opened the door, to let me in, one of the employees said were closed.

        I never have a very good experience when visiting this store. I have an issue and come back, completely different staff and manager and Im told to come back when they are working. Why cant you make notes so everyone knows what is going on?
