    This was the worst experience Ive ever had at an AT&T store. They dont even have their own wifi to update the new phones. I purchased a new phone for my daughter. They opened the phone and turns it on. It said there needed to be an update before syncing the iPhone. The agent said the update would take 9 hrs. I thought this was weird. He said I could do errands and come back. I was flabbergasted. So went and do an errand and called back and they said it was 7 hours. So after 5 hours and the store was closing I attempted to call 2 times and could not get in touch with anyone in the store. When I got to the store and walked in the agent was watching videos on his phone. I told him I was trying to call and he said when he picked up no one was there. He also advised me that after 6 hrs the guy phone still hadnt updated and had actually reset to the beginning. It was when I looked at the wifi he was connected to I realized why it was taking so long., he was connected to Freddys insecure network. I will be contacting corporate.

    I was quoted $105 per month, the next day I received an email stating $277 per month going forward m. This was on Friday 12/3. I went back to the AT&T store yesterday 12:4 to pay for my two new Apple iPhone 14s and cancel my service to go back to Mint Mobile for only $70mo/unltd data/text/talk with 35GB and was told my phone would be unlocked in 24-48hrs so Mint Mobile can port me back in. Today 12/5 I am being told I have to wait 60 days! This is NOT TABLE! I want to cancel my service and I am within the 3-day contract. I NEED MY TWO PHONES UNLOCKED IMMEDIATELY OR I'M GOING TO SOCIAL MEDIA TO EXPOSE YOUR PRACTICES! 8Dec2022 UPDATE: After submitting a formal complaint on yesterday with the FCC, they served AT&T with a requirement to submit to the FCC a written response regarding my issue no later than 30 days from 12/7/22. A couple hours later, the Office of the President at AT&T contacted me with an apology and agreement to resolve every one of my issues as I initially requested 24 hrs after signing the contract. My old iPhones were issued back to me AND my two new iPhone 14s were unlocked on today 12/8/22 as I initially requested on 12/4. KUDOs to the FCC and Thank you AT&T Office of the President.

    While the reps seem friendly and knowledgeable, they added unnecessary charges to my account. As a result I had to spend more time with AT&T to get them to remove it. Also, I traded in two old phones, never received the credit I was promised.  I called customer service about the issue and was told I would see it on my next bill. Nope never happened. Now I have to spend more time on the phone dealing with this issue. Worst experience ever.
