Mike and Sam were great to work with deciding on what type and color LVP to put in our home. The installers were phenomenal they were on time, polite a joy to have in our home and they did a great job installing the floor. This was a big job and they were in and out in what seemed like no time at all. Only place we will be going for any flooring needs. They also referred us to a countertop and stair guy. Highly recommend C&R! Pricing was great!

2/12/2018 I wrote a very positive review on C&R Carpet... unfortunately, I have to retract the 5 stars...Complained multiple times about the wooden floor that they installed and even showed pictures to Mike... nothing has ever been done or even offered to remedy. Finally I gave up... and I have even purchased other items from them and we did the installs ourselves.Last week we purchased a 15" mattress... now his sister insist she told me it was an 8". I called and asked about the 15". Thickness of the mattress was NOT written on the mattress box. Called Mike. His solution to bring the mattress up to my desired height - buy 2 twin box frames (9" high) from them. If I wanted to go over 15" I would NOT have tried to get a 15" mattress. I don't like throwing good money after bad... Asked for a refund, nope no refund. And, by the way, mattress is awful. Feels like I am sleeping on a hard floor - was told it was about a medium. Been sleeping in my guest room while waiting for a new king mattress from Costco, can return it if it isn't the correct size.Very, very disappointed in Mike.
