Best experience we could have had with Shaws. Everyone was fantastic from sales to installers. The lvp we had installed is beautiful, perfectly installed and there were no snags at all in the process (unlike literally all the other companies weve worked with on this remodel. Weve literally said we wish Shaws could just do everything!)

I just wanted to say thank you to Shaw's Carpets for doing such a great job installing carpet, luxury vinyl plank and tile in my home. Their products and customer service, and installation are exceptional. A special shout out to Russ and Gary, Mary, Roger, Eddie, Brian and Billy! If you need new flooring, this business is worth checking out.

Good pricing with excellent service. Was my original review 4 yrs ago. I retract the 5 stars and after the way I was treated today they deserve a zero star, but I can only give a 1.

Mr. Shaw and his installation crew can't play nice with other contractors. It sounded as though he was upset that he didn't get the job for both the carpet installation and the LVP install. When given a solution for Mr. Shaw and his team to complete the three bedrooms first then move to the basement. Mr. Shaw explained I didn't know anything about flooring, carpet or installation. I've included two photos of the carpet in the basement where it was seemed together and Mr. Shaw finds this level of workmanship to be acceptable. Having installed carpet and flooring since I was 17 years old, I can tell you that this is neither an acceptable installation or assumptional on Mr. Shaw's part. If you're reading this review and you think this low level of workmanship is acceptable, by all means higher Shaw's carpets.
