C&R Carpet And Rugs

We just requested a refund. We had a day scheduled for carpet installation and they claimed that their service vehicle broke down. Today we were scheduled for the morning and they said the forklift wasnt working. Then they said it was working and said they could make it at 3pm instead. They called right before they were supposed to arrive and said they were caught up with another job and wont be able to make it. My fianc used 2 days PTO which she will not get back. Not to mention the time waiting around for a No Show Company. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. We are on the community board in Rappahannock Landing and will be telling our friends and neighbors about our poor experiences with C & R Carpet and Rugs.

Customer Satisfaction is so hard to come by these days, but not from Joe at C&R. We were here 6 yrs ago; purchased rugs fm Joe, moved away and just returned. There was no question who we would go to based on our previous experience. We were DESPERATE to hv carpet when the moving van arrived and, had it not been for Joe, we wouldn't have had it. He was able to quickly help us chose the best in-stock, wall-to-wall carpet and accommodate our unbelievable timeframe with his company installers (no 3rd party). He even came by to ensure job was getting done properly. You'll find no better customer service than C&R Carpet & Rugs. We thank you, Joe!

From ordering to install everything was great. We love our carpets. Great quality and great pricing. Will definitely be using C&R for all our future flooring needs.
