I sent 20 boxes of milk back to Vietnam for my children, 15 boxes were misshapen, 5 boxes had milk all over the place, the package I sent was over $1000, I called them to ask and they didn't take any responsibility, I've never seen it before. It's not as bad as it is now. If you see irresponsible business, then close the shop, don't open a business without such irresponsibility. If you can't guarantee people's goods, then don't buy the goods. Te Nhat service I have ever encountered and I am the victim. Calling kg should be sent today.

One of the worst shipping services to Vietnam in DC and VA. I sent items to Vietstar Shipping a few times and every time I received them, I was charged many different fees. The printed receipt only had 4 MST numbers written down for the order code, no real tracking. If you want to track a single, you have to call and ask, so don't bother. After two weeks of sweet promises that the package would arrive, waiting in vain, no package was delivered. When I called Vietstar, I blamed the Vietnamese side and said the package had arrived and was waiting for distribution. Called back a few days later, the other answer was that the goods were still inspected by Vietnamese customs and not yet approved??? Even if I lie to the customer to get it over with, we still have to agree with each other. The biggest problem is the company allied with Vietstar shipping to send goods to Vietnam, THINH PHAT LOGISTICS SERVICE CO., LTD. A company that does business irresponsibly and treats customers in a more disrespectful way. When my family member in Vietnam called to ask for advice on where to send the package, they wouldn't answer the phone, blocked the customer's phone number, and refused to send the package. A valuable package, but both Vietnamese and American services do not know its whereabouts, superficial and irresponsible. Sincerely advise you to change to an alliance company in Vietnam to do business with more heart, vision, and ethics.

Please remember that your packages are going to a another country where the rules, law, taxes and traditions are not up to par with AMERICAN expectations. Items will get damaged, lost, and mishandled once in awhile. And we will do everything within our power to resolve the problem. Please read our refund and replacement policy that you have agreed to upon when using our services. Currently there is no INSURANCE FEE policy in place. Please use FEDEX or UPS if you intend to ship valuable items. We have disclaimers for certain products and items that will melt, expand, or freeze and get damage during shipping. This is a risk customers must realize and accept. Liquids, shampoo, and perfumes will explode. Gummy bears and chocolate will melt. Unforeseen things happens all the time. It is not the customers fault, not the shipper's fault. Vietstar will take the uttermost care to advise and pack your items as to the best possible way to protect it. Delivery delay does happen and will happen, but not often. Matters with customs clearance will mostly be thereason. In the event of delayed custom clearance, we have no control. We strive to maintain a 7-14 day delivery schedule. This can not be a promise or guaranteed. Damaged goods, Lost items, Delayed Deliveries are all problems that can and will be resolved. The customers of Vietstar should take up any issues directly with VietStar directly. As an custom broker and delivery agent for Vietstar we can not deal with customers directly unless asked. But as a show of support, our hotline is +84 896628043. If we may assist in any way, we will be happy to resolve your shipping problems. Problems with prices, fees and taxes are not within our control. The customer may freely shop for other services that have better prices. Please be aware that some of these reviews are retaliatory by competiting businesses. The profile used are fake profiles. If there is a true problems, the problem have been addressed and resolved by Vietstar direct. We do not resolve internal problems online for the public to see in the comments. Be aware most these issues arised years ago the during the COVID Pandemic. Not all packages were being delivered on time. We regret that these reviews are the only tarnish we have after 7 years or operation and been shipping over 100 tons of packages and month. Vietstar is still in business and have many happy customers. We appreciate and love our customers, we try but can not make everyone happy.
