        The banker I dealt with was friendly and professional, and helped the extent that she could. However, the branch manager here is actively unhelpful and likes to play hardball. She is unwilling to elevate customer concerns that are outside her purview to the next level. Go to the branch by Safeway if you want competent help on something outside of a basic transaction
