    I had a terrible experience with one Jessica S at verizon Cedar road store. She was really very rude and disrespectful!!!! I've been with Tmobile for 5 years and I've never for once had the terrible experience I had just within 2 weeks of joining verizon. I hate to say this, but I can score her 0 if I'm allowed to. She charged me $350 for transferring stuffs from one device to another!!!!! Like seriously????? Without pre informing me about those charges??? And even when I told her that I don't need a protection plan of $60/month, she went ahead and put it in there. I had the worst experience ever as a new verizon client.

    I normally try to avoid cell phone stores at all costs as it tends to be an overwhelmingly and frustrating experience. Ive dealt with years of poor service with my old carrier and decided to switch my familys plan and upgrade our phones through Verizon, specifically the location on Cedar Road. Wow!!!! The service I received that day from a very sweet young lady, Jessica S., was absolutely impeccable. My experience was nothing I expected, but everything I could hope for. Jessica was extremely patient and thoroughly explained the transfer process. She was nice enough to help me learn some of the differences upgrading to my new iPhone. What absolutely pushed me over the moon is that Jessica even called me the next day to see how I was adjusting to the phone and invited me back into the store in the case I need assistance with anything else. The customer service I received not only in the store, but also after leaving, exceeded my prior expectations of how phone carrier stores treat their customers. I highly recommend this store to everyone; I even more so recommend Jessica S! Keep up the good work!!

    Ive worked with Jess for over a year now, shes helped us with numerous lines on our account. Always being thorough, knowledgeable, kind and honest. I had the pleasure of coming in today to see her about questions regarding a new purchase and whilst I was there, I witnessed an irate and incredibly rude customer berating her without letting her get a word in. Claimed she wasnt truthful in her encounter I find that immensely hard to believe. Jessica has always been consistently concise down to the cents on the taxes of the bill. This is exactly why Im a repeat customer of hers and will continue to be in the future. Kudos to Jessica for the way she handled that terrible situation earlier today. She remained professional and kind throughout that entire ordeal, even while the customer was threatening her job with a bad review. Im here to tell you that whatever that lady says is nothing but wrong. i definitely come back and enjoy being a customer to this location and worker
