Would rate the service no stars if I could. The person who helped me set up service made some error on my account (because he was rushing to leave on a Friday night) making it reflect an incorrect phone provided to me. Despite it being THEIR error, I went back to the store and spent two hours there the next day getting it resolved while being berated and threatened by an employee (heavyset guy, dont recall his name) that he wasnt going to let me leave the store and I had stolen a phone, despite having paid and the phone behind active on my account. Finally they call the district manager who tells them everything is good with the account and I leave but now the staff has continued to harass me by calling and threatening to disconnect my account, add erroneous charges etc. despite verifiable proof that actual Verizon (they are just an authorized retailer) is aware of initial EMEI mixup and escalated it to resolve it after hours on the phone. The store and its employees have been reported to Verizon for this harassment. Save yourself the hassle of being bullied by people who dont do their jobs correctly initially and go to the corporate Verizon store just down the street at greenbrier.
