        I have NEVER received good service here! The staff at that "kiosk" is limited, at best, in their capabilities and on top of that they are rude and disrespectful! I will NEVER do business with them AGAIN.

You did a great explaining our new phones to us as we are not phone savvy, but you taught us a lot. I rate you on a scale of 1-10 at a 15.
