    I had such a lousy interaction with a sales rep here a few days ago. He did not seem interested in actually helping. He was condescending and failed to actually answer any of my questions while providing me canned responses. He assumed we understood all the inventory, that there's a chip shortage, what the pricing plans means when it comes to phones, etc. All stuff I think reps are supposed to ask you to find out what you actually need. His attitude made it necessary to get confrontational in order to just get info. By then I didn't trust any of the information he was giving. I probably won't visit this location again and will opt to go elsewhere.

    Hello, I been with Verizon for 3months and my phone and my husband phone been dropping calls. And our phone is not receiving calls. They changed our SIM card and that didn’t work. Today I went to the store my phone call was not getting to my husband and his calls wasn’t getting through to mines. Now he was out of town in a car accident that was really bad. I went to store thinking that my issues would be resolve. I had to wait an hour to get customer service. The young man was tried and wore out. He wanted to change our SIM cards again. Now I’m getting frustrated because that didn’t work and I told him that, but he still was determined to do it again. I told him let me speak to the manage. She suggested the same thing. I explain the same thing to her. I wanted to get my phone replace. She told me she had to do the SIM card first. I told her 3 months I did. Now can you see what I’m facing. I can be right by my phone and it’s not Ringing through, my husband phone is doing the same thing. Can I Please get some Help!!!!!!!!! Customer Service was not good. I am very Disappoint!!!!!!!!
