0 stars so far-- Owen, supposed Manager, lied to us on just about everything he said and promised.. Wanted lower bill than Verizon-- now its higher!!! Was Offered lower cost plus Free Free phones. We agreed to switch/purchase only if service worked in our rural area and if not we can bring everything back for a full refund. He took my iPhone saying it's required to have a trade in in order to get a new phone via the promo offer. Ended up paying $292 in "taxes" before leaving the store. No service in our area southern Chesapeake... constantly dropped calls or calls went straight to voice mail. Took everything back the next week to be refunded and to get my phone back.. No phone,, he no longer has it... can't return since then I will have no cell phone.. Also we declined Protection 360 -- looked at the paperwork when we got home $40 for Protection 360 was charged. And it's a per month fee. Outrageous!!!! Going back again tomorrow Retry the return. Have Verizon lined up again.. Owen better make good on his promises and get us out of this mess. If he does I'll change my rating

So I'm literally giving this many stars because I didn't have an issue with the reps in the store per se. The reps were quite helpful but with that said poor judgment was displayed and I don't think it was the agents fault but more so probably coming from a corporate and people who gets paid the big bucks to not think rationally. I'm literally 8 months pregnant and while handing over my money to Tmobile I had to stand literally 4-5hrs in order to complete a transaction. I would love to think Covid is over so with that said if you have a disabled, elderly or pregnant person in the store for that long why isn't a minimum of at least 2 chairs labeled correctly to accommodate such scenario. I certainly voiced my opinion several times but guess nothing could be done on the supervisor on duty or the reps point of view. Even an older lady came in and voiced her opinion as well after seeing me crotched over. I even had to pull my car closer to the store at one point in order to prevent my foot from swelling on me when I get home from standing so long but the worst part of it all in comparison to this store the store on Military Hwy next to Lowe's they are fully furnished so definitely don't think it had anything to do with Covid just poor management from the top down and this is quite sad and unacceptable .
