        I've been having trouble sliding open my screen door to my patio. When Antonio came to do my balcony inspection, he noticed it too and quickly fixed it! He's been very helpful many times, plus his customer service skills are top notch!

        Shaquil helped us find the perfect apartment for our family while we await on our house! The community is beautiful, clean, and spacious. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Greenbrier area!

        We lived here temporarily with my husband and 3 yo daughter for almost 3 months. The Leasing staff Cindy and Shaq are amazing and always willing to help. My only issue and it has nothing to do with the staff or the building is that my building always smells like Marijuana. The administration has been sent emails about it but unfortunately there are some residents that just don't care.

        Our stay was very pleasant, apartment was clean and grounds were well maintained. Office staff went above and beyond for me. I hope the company knows what an amazing team operates The Carlton at Greenbrier. You don't often find the Customer service we received from Shaquil and other team members.
