This complex has slipped immensely over the last few years. The management team is less than responsive and the complex is constantly dirty. Maintenance requests go unanswered or excuses away. Trash issues are constant. The only positive is the insides of the apartments are nice if you can navigate past the trash, bugs, and dirt. This complex could be very nice if the management team was more engaged.

I wish I could give this property no stars. The leasing team are the worst. Communication is the absolute worst. I completed an application and was approved but changed my mind because the reviews and the actual experience with the leasing team shows why I don't want to move here. But when i called and emailed about having my application cancelled and a refund issued I have yet to hear anything back. They can worry you to death about moving here but disappear when its time to refund your money. Bad business. Defiantly wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Been here for several months and so far there hasn't been any issues. Any maintenance problems have been solved quickly and the staff have been very courteous with me.
