Not new. I regret moving here and would not recommend moving or living here. The plumbing is a disaster and leaks occur regularly causing floods and mold. Repairs take months and issues fester for months while management attempts to make residents live in unsanitary conditions. Some repair requests are simply deleted by management or closed before maintenance staff responds. Renew is a run down unsafe apartment complex. The units are not remodeled. They were refreshed I. The cheapest manner by incompetent workers. The appliances failed to work despite being new. The finishes were poorly done (door knobs werent installed correctly)and paint was sloppy on the new carpet and flooring. My sink and dishwasher leaked for months with no repairs. Mold developed and management did nothing but try to pass blame.

Quiet neighborhood. Parks available for kids. Pool is clean and actually open this year. Staff does appreciation days for residents. Management is welcoming and caring. New company has improved our community greatly.

Property Management here is awesome! Always friendly and helpful. Maintenance team are well informed and do great job! And the complex is always clean. The upgrades they are doing around here are great
