    I recently broke my phone into dust (horribly damaged). After three days, I went to Verizon to inquire about another phone and they just sold out of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus (I like the best). The sales rep Joseph showed compassion and told me they were waiting on a shipment, but it would be a couple of days (or I can try their other store on Rio... nope). I decided to wait and keep looking at other options but he knew price was a big issue because my family is in the process of buying a house and asked me to give him a chance to work it out for us. Well just like he said, the phone came in quick and he called to let me know. Believe it or not, I was just thinking of canceling just my line of service altogether because I couldn't personally find a low-cost solutions nor did I believe he or Verizon could (like on the internet of Verizons web page) after breaking a Galaxy 21 Plus. Too expensive. Well, let me tell you.... JOSEPH (at Verizon 5th St Station) was FANTASTIC! He was so kind and knowledgeable that not only did I get a new phone at an unbeatable deal, but I also ADDED a watch and even got service for the device with two amazing deals. He was so good that my spouse who never upgrades actually upgraded from an I iPhone 8 to an iPhone 15. This man Joseph was absolutely incredible. Our family is back up and running and without the pain of tons of extra cost. I've had issues with other Verizon stores and services, but this was enough to make our family feel special and grateful. Thank you Joseph for all of your hard work, through our trying times, and thank you Verizon for having great service and amazing employees like Joseph. We have just decided that for our new house we're moving into on June 1st we want Verizons Fios Home Internet because we are trusting Verizon with our important needs. All because of employees like Joseph gave my family amazing customer service with compassion. So rare these days.

    im not one to leave reviews, but i am so disappointed and upset with my experience that i feel like i have to. i went into this store wanting to upgrade to the newest iphone. i had a great experience while i was in the store, however, this was not the case after i had left. when i tried setting up my new phone, i noticed i couldnt transfer my number over. i went into a different verizon store to see why this was happening. my phone number had be deleted and switched to a whole new number on my account. my two phone plans had also been completely switched around. they had messed up everything on my account. i cant even get into my account anymore. do NOT go here.

    Brent in this store, lied to me about how much the Verizon bill would change after we added the 4th line. He quoted me 247 dollars. The bill went up to 300 dollars, I asked multiple times to just upgrade my phone, and he kept saying it would be cheaper to add the 4th line. I took his advice, he also told me that it would be more expensive just to upgrade my phone. also refused to show me the price difference after multiple times of me asking him. I will recommend the store, however I would not recommend Brent, as he is a liar, and forces product down your throat. I came in for an upgrade and yes I did decide another phone would be useful for work, however if he was honest and straightforward, I wouldve just upgraded my phone, instead of being lied to.
