Indoor pool so cold a 10 year old would Not get in it. No heat at all. Attempted to speak to the front desk who said we advertise a indoor Not heated pool. When asked to speak to the Manager was told zi could talk to the Morning Manager. Refused to give a contact number or Name Said I could take it up with the manager in the Morning

Pool not heated-broke, no Wi-Fi and breakfast was not restocked well even though was very busy. Trash in the pool and on the deck, treadmill doesn't work, desk person couldn't care and has been no help for the Internet issue either..won't stay again .

Third bad experience at a Choice Hotels hotel. This one had zero shampoo in the bottle in the shower. I even took the bottle off the wall and tried adding water to it, to get whatever might be sticking to the sides, but someone else must've already done that. An air vent with the grate hanging off the ceiling. A faucet that wiggled and felt like it was going to come off every time we used it. A loose shower edge so that the water from the shower leaked out all over the floor. A non-working phone - why bother having a phone in the room when there is no service for it??? A fridge that was so loud I actually unplugged it. I turned off our heater because it was so loud and instead heard the sound of another room's heater! These hotels are all run by foreigners who do ZERO maintenance. It's really really poor. The hotel is very pretty when you enter but things in the room need to work properly!! UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! Noteworthy details: Really cool town!!

Pretty hotel but so many things wrong with the room. It needs to work right as that's where people stay and sleep! Shower not sealed at bottom so water leaked out all over the floor - 2 showers worth of water. The fan in the ceiling was falling off. The sink faucet felt like it was going to come out of the counter every time we turned it on. Fridge was so loud I had to unplug it for sleeping. Heater so loud I had to turn that off to sleep. But then we heard the neighbor's heater!! Obviously walls not instalated since we could also hear the neighbor's shower! Oh and zero shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. No body wash. So NO SOAP. Ridiculous. Good breakfast but lacked signage. No one could find the trash bin. Unclear how to use the waffle and toaster machines. Every Choice Hotel brand hotel we've stayed in recently is run by foreigners who do ZERO maintenance. When you complain to the foreigner at the front desk, they don't even write anything down. They don't even apologize. They don't care at all. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
