I just had to put my cat down, and the vets ( Dr. Kennen and Dr. Pantin) were so sweet and caring. I shouldnt just mention the vets, because the whole staff was so sweet and really empathetic. I left really sad obviously, but I felt at peace because things went so smoothly. Im so thankful for their care of my boy Tim in his final days.

My experience was absolutely amazing. The personable care and affection Odin got other than the treatment was wonderful. Staff & the doctors are great.

Fantastic, polite, and thorough staff. Did not blanche at sight of 100 lbs of well-behaved dog. Answered all my questions about neighborhood fox and mange. Called back next day with lab results. Unasked, front office staff verified vaccines required for an out-of-state kennel, saving us a return trip for more injections. We received a follow-up call ensuring our dog was doing well after his vaccines.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly are very knowledgable about all things pet related. And if they dont know the answer they make sure to get an answer from one of the vets. The techs are very professional and caring for Kitty. They take good care of him and treat him with dignity. Sometimes they also give him a nice treat! The vets are all very nice and know what their doing. They make good recommendations on better pet care and they actually care about each animal. What I find the best about this place is when I ask which service is more important for Kitty to have done (because I have a low budget so I can only afford one service at a time typically) the staff doesnt try and get me for the higher cost, but they actually tell me which service is more important for Kittys health no matter what the cost high or low. Ive often find that they end up recommending the service with a lower cost but has more benefit for Kittys health given the current circumstances. They always weigh the pros and cons with me. Great staff all the way around!!! Highly recommend this place.
