Thank you so much, Animal Medical Center of Loudoun for taking such great care of our beloved pet, Loki! The team here have been excellent caretakers of our 14 year old Husky ranging from regular checkups, emergencies and also giving him the most comfortable end of life experience. Me and my family highly recommend them.

I took my 14 week old Labrador puppy here to see Dr. Panopoulos and couldn’t be happier with the care he received. They saw my dog right when I got there and kept me updated during his whole appointment. I was sent home with his monthly preventives and a plan for his next visit. Would recommend this hospital to anyone.

When we moved to Loudoun County and looked for a vet, noticed online that people were highly recommending Dr. Keith Taylor. Location was conveniently close to home, so decided to give it a try. I have to say, I was really sad we found Dr. Taylor so late in the game because he is the best veterinarian we've met in all these years. Our dog was 14 at the time and had several conditions: arthritis, sensitive skin, sensitive stomach, food and environmental allergies, the list goes on. But Dr. Taylor is super knowledgeable, very caring, takes his time at explaining options, and very spot on with the treatments and supplements he gave our dog. The staff is super nice too and prices are reasonable. Our dog passed away recently and I have to say that Dr. Taylor gave him almost two more years of quality life. We were fortunate to find such a great vet to take care of our senior doggy. After passing away, the practice sent us a sympathy card with messages from all of the staff and a very personal note from Dr. Taylor that warmed our hearts and led us to believe that we landed at the right veterinarian practice at the right time.

Zero (0) Stars Review I called in on Tuesday 4/7/20 and talked to Marsha who was supposed to send me some forms to fill out (she never did) and was supposed to put me on the schedule for Friday 4/10/20 @10am in the Brambleton Office (she never did). I am surprised because we had a good chat about my two new Yorkers. My husband showed up at the Brambleton Office. The receptionist there told him to step out of the office and wait outside. Understandable with this situation of the virus. He waited 30min. He saw the receptionist come and call in every other person with their pet. Coincidentally, he was the only colored person in the group waiting outside. However, receptionist should be civilized and explain what the procedure is before barking orders. I thought as a medical center, you would need patients/clients. I called the Ashburn office and Marsha picked up. She informed I was not on the schedule and never was. WOW, talk about a chaotic office.If the center cannot handle the administrative part, I could imagine the rest. I wouldn’t trust this medical center with my puppies. Please do not hide my review or delete. Other folks need to know how you treat prospect clients. Karen
