      image I went there for amazon return the guy charge me $18 for box. They try to steal customer money

      I am sorry that you feel that way, but I assure you that we are not in fact trying to steal anything from our customers. We are forced to adhere to Amazon's return policies and the item that you were returning required a box and packaging materials. The charge was not only for the box, but for the materials required to secure the package and our time to pack the item. We recommend that you look at each item's return policy on the Amazon website because not all returns are handled the same way. Please remember that customer service is our top priority, but we do have to follow Amazon's return policies as well.       image Nobody leaves any good reviews, they only come here to complain about every little thing. Im in this store probably 3 times a week and always receive top notch customer service. Was in there today and this ol lady was giving this long haired younger kid a problem. She was saying how she was going to complain because the service was horrible. Some people have nothing better to do that to make others miserable.
