      image Literal SCAMMERS, do NOT USE THIS LOCATION. When they lose/steal your package and you attempt to contact UPS, corporate UPS will notify you that this location is a subcontractor and not part of UPS and you need to force them to start an investigation. If you value what you are shipping, don't do it here.

      image I have used this UPS store for years and had really good service up until the past few months when it was sold and bought by another person service now is horrible. Service, difficult to understand, they do not have knowledge Of services and poor people skills I will now be driving to the Broadlands to ship anything I need to ship, obtain stamps, notary, etc.

      image This UPS location was used to great for years. Last year end of 2023, it got change of ownership and new staff is not helpful. They are being rude with the packages return specially with Amazon. Even though Amazon clearly mentioned that UPS will pack and label, the staff ask to use kiosk and pack it.
      Also, if you have multiple packages they give you a weird look.
      If your staff is really bothered by return and its process then dont be one of the Amazon return center, its simple.
      I wont recommend this location under new management.
