I am a former nanny, preschool teacher/assistant kindergarten teacher and currently am the School Secretary at a local preschool that my son will attend when he is old enough- so my standards are pretty high and I knew what I was looking for when I was touring places for my youngest. My son started at Compass when he was 9 weeks old and I fully expected to have a hard time leaving him, but the exceptional infant teachers made the transition so easy and they consistently went above and beyond to care for our son and ease any concerns I might have had. They loved my boy like their own and that is something you just can't put a price on! He is now a very busy toddler (22 months) and is thriving in the Pathfinders classroom! The teachers are so creative and do a wonderful job of keeping this age group engaged introducing them to interesting units and allowing them to explore in a very hands on way! The administrative team is very approachable and super responsive- the few times I have had concerns (no place is perfect), they were ready to hear me out and work to resolve the problem quickly. This school has given our family exactly what I was hoping it would and has been a great home away from home for our sweet boy!

We have been very pleased with the child care that we have received from The Compass School. Our son has received excellent care and has had the most wonderful teachers since starting there in November 2014. Our daughter is also planning to start at Compass this February and we look forward to being with them for many years to come. Our son also has complex food allergies, which they have been very supportive of. Thank you to the amazing teachers (Ms. Fayzah is our current teacher in Pre-K) and administrative support staff - you are wonderful!

My children have had a great experience at the school and would highly recommend to anyone. The teachers are caring and want to see your child grow in creative ways.
