COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! NEVER ever use their service! they don't have people who can communicate in english, not that it should be expected, as this country has no real national language, but if they tell you they can put their english speaking person on the phone and then send you someone who is non-fluent, it lends to quite a bit of strife. this is unacceptable, as great sums of money and finances are being handled. they completely screwed up my account, and instead of an apology, put another non-english speaking person on the phone to handle the situation. they put incoming DEPOSITS on hold - no, not outgoing checks, but incoming. i received a huge sum of money, and they were too incompetent to understand that it was incoming, put the account on hold to make sure my account had enough to clear the check. but it was written to me. IMBECILES.if you want to run a valid business do not ever go here. we have made multiple deposits over 6 months, and 9 out of 10 have given us issues. we are done with them. they are rude and incompetent, and when they could no longer communicate, they panicked and hung up the phone. it's hilarious.

I decided to use a small local bank for my business...give back to the neighborhood, you know?  it has been a nightmare since day one.  They have held deposits for up to 2 weeks before clearing them and have failed to clear checks that I have written to vendors in a timely manner.  Overall they have harmed my business, made my vendors wait for payments that I had more than adequate funds to cover and take an extraordinarily log time to clear DEPOSITS from my clients.  It's unacceptable.  I thought the small local guys were supposed to help the small local businesses succeed?  I took my statements and explained the problem scenarios to 3 of the other "big guys" locally and they all confirmed that the holds were excessive and that similar things would never happen with their banks.  As soon as I can get everything squared away, I'm moving my account to another bank.
