        I am always getting locked out of my checking account, even though I have auto deposits going into my account. It tells me to contact Customer Service, and all I get is a form to fill out. Difficult to speak with a form.

        Poor service online and over phone. Mobile App doesn't work ever very unreliable. The bank doesnt have enough branches so use this bank only if you live a block from there bank and would like to go every week to get done banking needs done
