My mother had a bad experience today with Ashley F. As soon as she asked to make a deposit, it was said she would not be able to if she didnt have a debit card with Chase. We went to the bank to make a cash deposit, and seemed like the easy answer was No, we cant instead of understanding our point of the visit. After some back and forth of trying to understand why we couldnt make a deposit, the clerk later said she can make a deposit to a company. That was our original reason for goingwhy wouldnt you just ask instead of refusing service and assuming? This seems lazy and Ashley was unapologetic. The only reason we are giving this bank 2 stars because there was a nice man who greeted at the front door. Please work on your customer service.
