Our pipes were clogged on Sunday causing sewage backup. I had a plumber open the pipes and called several companies. Rixon restoration is quick and very responsive. The technician was especially professional. He was polite, careful, and explained everything before starting the job. He did a thorough cleaning and sanitized the entire area. We are happy about his work and would certainly reach out to this company forfutureneeds.

I had a flood in my house and had a hard time to find a solution, I have called Rixon restoration they send their team right away and they did great job with the mitigation. Rixon crew came in the middle of the night for an emergency. Was able to get the water out and dry the area no problem. Quick communication and they know that to do. After the work done they made me walk thru and showed me the progress made feel very comfortable. Would recommend them to otherinthefuture.
