Called in Restoration 1 after our dishwasher leaked. They came in quickly and effectively set up dehumidifiers, fans and drying mats for our hardwood floors. All the technicians that we worked with over the week (Elvis, Brendan, Jerry, Craig, and Jordan) were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very happy with the service weve received.

Brendan, Jerry, and Jordan were able to rush out on short notice on a Sunday to respond to a pipe that burst in my condo recently. They were very professional and thorough about making sure all of the moisture was taken care of, and were flexible about coming out at times that worked for me and the homeowner below that was effected. I would definitely call them again if I ever have another water issue!

Prompt reply and good service. Brendan, Billy, Jordan came to take a look at removing black mold, did it that day and made a containment area. Very respectful and knowledgeable. They let me coordinate with another trade to get what was causing the issue and resolved the mold.
