Roto-Rooter provided excellent service. They were available right away and their plumber was great. He was able to quickly fix the problem and work with us so it does not happen again. I highly recommend this company.

I submitted a schedule request and roto rooter had Mandeep out to my house within an hour! He was professional and friendly and made sure I understood the entirety of the issue before presenting me with two different options for service. He was able to clear the pipe and had my water flowing normally again in no time. Thank you so much for your help and your service!

Setting up same day appointment was a great experience. I was able to call around 11:00 AM and scheduled an appointment show time of 4:30 - 6:30 pm that afternoon based on my schedule. Great! Annoyingly though, dispatch tried calling me before they would send a tech. The number they called from was a Boston area code, yes I have a Boston area code but I live in Northern Virginia and called a Northern Virginia Roto-rooter. Naturally, I thought it was a telemarketer and blocked the number. Back to my day, after waiting until 6:30 pm for a tech to show, the dispatch told me they didnt have tech. 50 min later, he called me back with a tech coming from a city over one hour drive. Josh G showed up and was professional, helpful, and patient with me. He carefully answered all my questions, got right to work with trying to help clear a blocked sewer line and also helped with a lower price on his work. Andy, a field supervisor, showed up with a camera and helped diagnose my problem further. Josh and Andy were great! Andy came back the next day (but I had to call back) and tried to scope the sewer line further at no additional charge. Overall the experience was positive and I would call back the company back. However, if Roto-rooter tells a customer a tech is going to show at a certain time, then the tech should show at a certain time. The customer shouldnt need to make contact with dispatch in order for a tech to be sent.
