It is becoming more and more clear to me Dittmar Company is not interested in accommodating the needs of the current tenants during the changed situation in a lot of tenants’ lives due to COVID-19 pandemic. The entire world has changed, people have to telework from home; it is not our own choice. The uncertainly in our lives is already extremely stressful. Yet the “landlord” lacks the humanity and good will completely. the Dittmar Company management has not even for a moment tried to put themselves into the place of the current tenants and look at the situation from their perspective during this pandemic.

When I reported unattended children under 8 years old in the game room after 11pm to the front desk- I was yelled at by the staff. I was told there was a man with them at one point but the gaming room was supposed to be closed. Extremely horrible, rude older male that works at the front desk. I had a migraine in the summer. My apartment faces the pool area which closes at 9pm. At 9:15pm, after HOURS of extremely loud drunken behavior, I called the front desk to request the closure be enforced. I was lied to, he told me the outside area was now open until 10pm and he refused to enforce the closure. However, if I use a common area without a reservation or if I'm in an area after close they come yell at me about the RULES. Very, very discriminatory of who gets to break the rules- everyday.
