As tenants for the past almost eight years in a property managed by Property Specialists, we give the best possible rating to Regi Francois and his team. Always very responsive, Regi treated our every call with care, urgency and courtesy. He keeps a very effective roster of contractors who cover any maintenance issue in a timely manner. Good communication, consistency, and the highest standards of operation. We could not have a better, more trusted and respected partner than Regi.

I rented a property through Property Specialists and it is clear that the property manager, Davante, did not inspect the condition of the property prior to turning the unit over to me. The unit is dirty, broken floor tiles in the only bathroom, overgrown yard, flooded utility basement/cellar , mice /ant/ spider cricket/ mosquito infestations, spider webs in the windows, broken blinds, junk from prior tenants, overflowing gutters, etc. The unit was painted per my request prior to moving in 6 days after my lease start date, but I suspect that is the only turnover item addressed. The vendors who have come out for repairs since have not equipped to handle the job assigned (for example, duct tape tile repair job and a landscaper who comes un-annouced in a sedan without proper tools and left large piles of yard debris). It has been a month and I am still trying to resolve the move in issues - several items I took care of myself. I have not met the property manager as there was no move in inspection, walk through, or orientation and the repairs have been unsupervised. As a former property manager and landlord, I would caution anyone who is considering this company to rent or manage their rental property.

Property Specialists is the clear example of what customer care should be. Since the very first moment that my wife and I decided to tour one of their properties, we felt appreciated, they were on time and they welcomed us like they didnt have a better place to be, a great first impression, moving forward everything was transparent and straight forward when we signed the lease and paid our fees. Zohra Naqibullah was our property manager and she took care of us since day one. She is responsible, empathetic and has good communication skills. All our maintenance requests were responded in a timely manner, and even better, the professionals they chose to work on our repairs were of the highest quality and professionalism. An important thing worth mentioning is that when Zohra was not available, Regi Francois and Caitlin Hinton, made sure that our needs were taken care of, a day wouldnt pass without PSI reaching back to us. Because of their excellent teamwork, responsiveness and commitment to their tenants, we will miss Property Specialists Inc. and we will look forward to seek their aid in the future when we decide to buy our own house. Looking at getting my first home was an intimidating process, but working with Regi made it a lot easier. I gave him a list of must haves/must not haves, locations, things I was flexible on, price, etc. It felt like I might have been asking for too much. There was good communication back and forth with sending property listings to him and getting MLS listings for those properties for me to look at in more detail. Regi took me out to several different showings and listened to my criticisms of the properties. He was a positive force after we lost our first few offers in this hot real estate market. We finally landed on a property that was better than the ones we lost out on so it worked out perfectly. Regi was kind enough to attend settlement with me on request so I had a second pair of eyes. He had also put in a recommendation for the mortgage lender I used and a few vendors that are going to do work on the house. I can't recommend Regi and Property Specialists Inc. enough for all of the time and energy they put into helping me land my first home.

Property Specialists for many years and in recent years Regi Francois have been attentive, reliable, accurate, and thoroughly professional in helping us to maintain and manage a rental property in Arlington Colonial Village. We try to be responsible landlords and Regi managed repairs and improvements, including when tenants made no requests. The property was sold in 2019 using Regi Francois and Property Specialists as my agent, and we got a relatively quick and satisfactory offer and sale. I found Mr Francois to be well informed, with useful guidance for me selling for the first time in this area. We looked at comparative units and prices and looked at possible sales enhancing improvements. He worked well with my attorney Jay Eskovits and the transaction was without complications, and all payments were made correctly and promptly. I highly recommend him. As an absentee landlord having someone reliable like Mr Francois on the scene is a tremendous asset.
