Cleveland is amazing. He is very responsive and cares about his tenants and owners. He always makes you feel like you're his #1 priority regardless of how busy his day is. Definitely recommend this company and Cleveland.

I have had issues when it comes to requesting services in the past. But since Cleveland Wason came to be the new manager things change so much in good way. Cleveland has been very helpful, communicative, professional and solves problems in a very quick manner. 10/10

My husband and I have been so grateful to our property manager Cleveland for taking care of our property. We are renting our Townhouse and had to move out of state for work. He found qualified tenants within a week of putting the property up for rent. It has been close to a year and there have been no difficult problems or complications. Any questions or concerns from the tenants have been presented to us by Cleveland in a timely manner and there has always been a positive solution. I feel very comfortable with him managing our property. He has made renting effortless. His professionalism and customer service has made it very easy from the beginning to have a rental property and navigate the complex waters of real estate management. I am happy with KRS Holdings and feel confident in the job they are doing with our townhome. This company and their high-quality caliber of property management was the right decision.
