Cannot recommend CMR enough - Carlos guided me through the claims process of ANOTHER insurance company just to make sure I was helped through the process as it was a complicated situation. They had the best rates too - I would recommend calling them directly, as in my case they were able to get me discounts resulting in a much better rate than online quotes.

Having dealt with Carlos for several years now I was not surprised when I was involved in auto accident that he and Erie Insurance immediately took over and totally took care of everything for me. Carlos has always been extremely helpful.
