Never experienced this type of customer service my entire life, the agent Suvidha Daniels that worked with me and my husband put us on hold for over 1 hour saying she cant get a hold of progressive while we called progressive on another phone got a hold of progressives agent, got help on the issue the Ariana agent Suvidha Daniels has caused to begin with. And the kept on saying she cant get a hold of any one even after. So disrespectful and under trained. Also Lair! They do not know what theyre doing at this agency and for that reason Ive decided to switch.

I used this service to get a specialized type of insurance. Suvidha was very friendly, knowledgable and prompt in her responses. She also made the timeline for delivery very clear. I would definitely use Ariana Insurance again for any future needs.
