We have used D&W for 2 major build outs now. One was a over 2k square foot remodeled space and most recently on a custom built home. D&W crew are always timely, professional, do keep the site clean and show up when they say they will. For our size projectsp we had an on site project manager that oversaw every detail from start to finish. Mike has been great about keeping both us and the project manager together on the same page throughout the builds. I would use this group again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with a small or big job.

If you want to remain on good terms with your neighbors you may want to consider a different company. Their workers were using no safety equipment or fugitive dust mitigation measures when power -sawing masonry and brick. My house was enveloped in a huge cloud of dust as two operatives next door with no respirators, no goggles, no gloves, no helmets and no ear protection were sawing a big hole in the neighbor's breeze block and stucco wall without even checking whether the stucco subsurface contained asbestos. It's scary. I worry about the health of those masons if they work like this all the time.
