Chad and his team completed our home renovation/addition in 2015. We recently had a question for one of the contractors who worked on our project - although it's 8 years later, we decided to text Chad in case he could help us. Chad responded right away, connected us with the contractor, and followed up to ensure everything we needed was addressed. Given how long it's been since they completed our project, his responsiveness was above and beyond and saved us the time, hassle, and expense of seeking help from another contractor. So grateful! We had a great experience working with Chad and his team at Alair for an addition we did on our house. Great communication from start to finish, they work with high quality and very professional trades, and they were able to get us back into our house within the timeframe they promised. The budget and project tracking was always up to date and available for us to take a look at throughout the project, but I didn't have to check very often because of the weekly/daily updates we were receiving from our project manager Jonathan (whom I have nothing but great things to say about). Alair helped us through the design, permitting and construction process for a complete re-build and expansion of our Arlington Cape Cod home. Our renovation project included an expanded footprint of about 2,000 sq ft plus a complete re-work of our entire existing space. Alair's advice guided us through some really big design decisions and carried forward throughout the construction process. We're not first-timers by any means, but you really want to be working with an experienced, personable and capable team when you're tearing down and re-building your most important asset. We watched other projects in the area limp along as the pandemic supply chain disruptions wreaked havoc on their schedules (and budget). We worked with Alair Homes to complete a major addition to and renovation of our home in Arlington. We just moved back in, and we are loving our new(er) house!! I popped in almost everyday of the project to check the status, and the skill and craftsmanship of the various subcontractors we utilized were truly remarkable. When something needed to be fixed along the way or an adjustment needed to be made, they made it happen. A very big thank you to the whole team at Alair!
