"Sorry, no, not today. But do you have a car? If you have a car you can drive 15 minutes straight to where the cleaning gets done". I kid you not; this is what she said.
And I only back today to give them a second chance; the last time I took the same shirts in, they tried to charge for dry cleaning (which costs twice as much as laundry) even for the shirts that clearly say on the label: Do Not Dry Clean.
