Clothes that have been dry cleaned often have a weird smell. Happened twice

I do not recommend, especially for women's blazers. Of the 4 that I brought in, 3 were returned with the lapel ironed in the wrong place, and 1 was missing the button close (which of course was an ornate button and hard to replace). They offered to redo the work, but would not give me my money back. I will be driving to a dry cleaner from now on.

Writing this review on behalf of the poor young man I just drove by with both arms full of dress clothes waiting outside the visibly closed Court Cleaners door at 809 AM when this business posted hours are that it opens at 8 AM.
Furthermore, I had a dress tailored here a few months ago and was disappointed with the business, as well. The tailoring itself turned out fine, and they were able to have me come in the same day as I called for a fitting. All I needed was a simple job - a long formal bridesmaid gown shortened a couple inches; however, the dress was not ready on the date they had told me to pick it up. When I called to inquire about it again the next day, they could not find the dress anywhere and made me worry it was LOST. Luckily, 1.5 days later they found it/re-obtained it from an out-of-house tailor and I picked it up without issue, although was still charged full price despite the heart attack they gave me and delay ($85). They should clearly have a better inventory and chain of custody system with the valuable items that patrons entrust them with.
The woman I spoke to was sweet, but this is absolutely no way to run a business. I do not recommend going here for any of their services and cant wait to see this business leave the neighborhood and something better pop up in this prime real estate spot.
