Penrose Cleaners

Recently brought 2 pairs of the same pants (diff colors) to have them hemmed and waist taken in and a pair of overalls to have the waist taken in, turn around time was fine but the price to me seemed high. Almost $200. I took the pairs of pants back a week after picking them up because the waist hadnt been taken in enough. I asked her and showed her and she argued with me even though i am the one wearing them, even though it was possible; she said shed take another inch and a quarter out. When i went to leave them, she tried charging me an additional $60. So had i paid, that would have been $240 for 3 pairs of pants having the most basic alterations. I took my pants with me and left because she left a bad taste in my mouth. Trying to over charge me and argue with me is not the way to keep a customer.
