        Expensive and atrocious customer service. Clothes sometime don't arrive on time and alterations have lead to catastrophes

        The owner and employees are helpful and attentive, but I'd hesitate to recommend the tailoring and alterations services - which are quite expensive ($20 to shorten short sleeves). I sent my shirt sleeves to be hemmed, but the two shirts were ruined upon receipt - too much was taken off. Fortunately, they were quick to issue a refund and gift card, but those remedies didn't cover the loss.
