Sir, if you can read, youd know that this is private property. No trespassing. I pointed to the door I entered through and noted that there was no signage indicating that it was not open to the public. In fact, the building is attached to publicly available restaurants and salons.
The security guard then said I entered through the elevators and that the elevators had signage (I did not enter the building through the elevator).
Investors and customers should probably just stay away from this building. The security will ruin your day

They posted public hours but the security kicks everyone out, stating it is a private property. I don't understand the point of leasing retail space without allowing the public.

This building is an absolutely pointless waste of space in the Ballston area. Every time I've been there it's either completely empty or has 1-2 people seating there. No where in the building is there a sign that states it's a private property for the employees of the companies leasing office space there, however the security will be fast to rush you out of there. I didn't even have time to open my laptop, the security came flying telling me to get out. If you're planning to lease office space in the building, DONT. No wonder the space has almost zero businesses in it. If you're a teenager and are just walking there, trust me, the security will walk you to the entrance, making you feel very unwelcome & uncomfortable,even if you're just passing the lounge space. If I could give this place 0, I would.
