These people put an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $543.00! Hope to get to the bottom of this soon.

I was just scammed by this company. I was told they had been hired by Delta to handle help handle the high volume of calls coming in. I spoke to Kevin regarding cancelling a flight to Portugal due to the Covid 19 outbreak. He told me I could get a refund for the ticket but there would be a $300 cancellation fee. My AMX card was immediately charged $300 but four days later the flight had not been cancelled. When I finally got though to Delta, I was told the flights had not been cancelled, the ticket was not refundable but that I would be given an ECredit for future travel in the amount of the cancelled ticket, and that there is not a $300 cancellation fee. I have contacted AMX who will reverse the charge, block the company, replace my credit card and will track them down.
DO NOT trust these people, they are scam artists!!
