The Palatine Apartments

We have been living at The Palatine for 6 months, and I have been so impressed by the amazing maintenance team, especially Jorge, Geo and Ever. Weve needed a few things fixed recently, and they are always super quick to respond to requests, sometimes literally within minutes! Not only that, but they are all so friendly and kind. Even my dog loves them and gets genuinely excited anytime we see them. Thanks so much for all that you do! Updating this to also shout out the concierges, specifically Tim and Jabril. They are equally as wonderful and always brighten my day. We love the whole team at The Palatine!

We have lived in the Palatine for about 5 months, and our experience has been excellent. The moving process was easy, thanks to Maggie and Jennifer. We had a video call where they helped us with everything and answered every question. As we arrived in our new apartment, everything was even better than expected. The maintenance team (Jorge and the team) is outstanding. We had some issues, and they prompted solved everything. The concierges are very friendly and always greet us with a smilespecial thanks to Jabril, who has always been so kind. We are also happy with the amenities and the neighborhood in general.

Best place to live in the area!! Friendliest Concierge! However what's truly fantastic about living here is the Maintenance team consisting of Ever, Jorge, and Geovanni who always have a smile and do an amazing job!
