The Gramercy

I've been here about four months now and am very pleased. Its a large building with a small building feel because all of the staff members are so warm and welcoming. They make me feel at home here. Leasing consultant, Omari Floyd, is knowledgeable, patient, always willing to answer any questions and all around wonderful. Barbara & Danielle on the front desk are always kind, helpful and respectful. My dog looks forward to treats from Danielle after every evening walk, and Omari and Leah give my dog lots of playful attention whenever they see her. Maintenance staff member Heem is super kind and thoughtful and always willing to help. The building itself is great but its the staff members that make it feel like home. There's a very nice park in front of the building where I love to walk my dog and a dog park nearby.

I have lived here for almost a year. It is safe and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. It is also very close to the supermarket subway entrance. The service staff at the front desk are very friendly. I often communicate with Danielle, and she patiently answers my questions. Overall, my housing experience here is very good.

Ive enjoyed my few months at Gramercy so far, thanks to Omari and the leasing team, the maintenance team, and the cleaning team. In addition, the location is unbeatable with Costco and the dog park right across the street. Theyve also renovated the public space on the first floor that a lot of reviews mentioned in the past.

I've been living here for almost a half year and my experience has been great so far. Leasing office has been responsive with any inquiries and maintenance team usually comes the next day after I file a request. There was once a water leak from my dishwasher around midnight and it was fixed in two hours. Location is great as well - it's right across Costco and you can find some restaurants to eat at within 15 minutes walk. It's also very close to subway station. One thing that I wish that could have been better is the access to the outdoor space on the top floor. The apartment got the nice view and sometimes I just want to have some fresh air without going out of the apt but the doors are locked every time I went. This doesn't really bother me and there are other great things about this apt that make me feel this is a good place to live at. Overall I do recommend this place to anyone looking for an apt in this area.
