Myerton Apartments

Was a resident here for 4 years and just left. The property and management has taken a huge decline since Van Metre took ownership. There are rats all over the place. Trash all over the parking area. There were days when I couldnt even get into my parking spot due to the trash all over the ground. The management doesnt respond to emails or requests. And to top it all off the kept all but $30 of my $1500 security deposit when I moved out. There was nothing wrong with the unit besides the normal touch ups on the walls. Van Metre is a horrible management company and I would never EVER recommend anyone to lease from a property owned by them. They are the worst company I have dealt with in 14 years of renting.

Customer service and public relations displayed by staff, entice you to never think about moving! The grounds are well kept and maintenance of the apartments are on-going by a superb staff.

Maintenance will lie in order to get you to come out of pocket for things thats out of your control. My washer machine was leaking , I called the second time it happened , I was told I will have to pay for new floors out of pocket lol when this issues hasnt been even going on 3 days now . Why am I paying for water damage ? Then I was giving a machine to dry the floor to run up my light bill with no compensation for that . Very disappointed

JR in leasing is fantastic! I walked in off the street with no appointment and he was able to give me a world class tour!

The best things about this complex are Tim (the maintenance guy) and calm neighborhood. But the management is getting worse and worse!
