Ive lived here for about a year and a half now and have enjoyed my experience for the most part. The apartment is in a great location and the building offers many amenities. However, the leasing staff will say one thing and then the opposite later regarding extra charges and items specified in the lease agreement. Overall experience has been positive and I recommend the building to anyone looking in the area. Id just recommend being careful with keeping tabs on what youre being charged for.
