Gables 12 Twenty One

It was a pretty nice apartment complex until recently. The employee turnover is very high and the company is just not able to control the activity around the apartments. People smoke inside their apartments and hallways smell of weed. The place is quickly turning into a ghetto. I hope mgt does something to stop this blatant breaking of rules. Update for Gables1221: I have informed mgt (Steven) of this situation before but nothing was done. The weed smoking on the first floor around apts 137, 138. 140 is crazy. Also, the elevators now often smell of weed which can't be helped since people go in and out but hallways smelling is awful. I finally resorted to writing a review here because nothing was being done and there is no way to get in touch with anyone from leadership beyond Steven and Joanne.

I'm making an out-of-state move and requested a live virtual tour of an available unit and the property. I was instead contacted with a "copy and paste" correspondence and sent a pre-recorded video of a model unit that may or may not have even been similar square footage for what I stated being interested in. I don't even know. Why offer a live virtual tour option if you don't give actual live virtual tours? This experience was a turn-off. I don't need to experience any more to see that Gables 12 Twenty One isn't for me.

I really love this community, and Joanne totally makes it better. She's super cool, always kind, friendly, and ready to help out. Joanne is seriously passionate about her job and all of us living in this apartment.
