The concierge and leasing office people are super nice and helpful. Leasing office is understaffed at times so they might take a while to get to you. Amenities are one of the nicest Ive seen in the dmv area. Coffee shop and whole foods right next door is also super nice. Had to take a star off because the utility is from dominion energy which has one of the worst customer service Ive ever seen and they make you use their own isp called Leo who will do everything they can to avoid sending a technician out to you.

I had an awful experience with the leasing office, Charmaine Fisher! I used to live in Altaire apartment and know the area pretty well. Bartlett is a perfect place to live, floorplans are really good. It is very modern, bright and cozy.
I was working on the application process with Charmaine Fisher for a week and then she found out that the apartment I was looking for is already booked. If she has been more attentive and helpful, we might have already done the process. She was absent starting from Monday to Thursday and today I received this "good news". She is nice, but has a lack of experience.

I just called the leasing office to ask for a virtual tower and I spoke to Shermaine (not sure if Im spelling it correctly). I politely asked for a virtual tour for one of the units (A14) which showed availability last night. When I tried to explain to her that I understand someone might have applied for the unit and it is no longer showing availability in the system, I just want to have a tour inside the unit to get an idea of the layout and the spacing so I could get an idea in case of any future accommodations. She was very short tempered and gave me attitude and had zero patience. For that reason, I dont think I would be comfortable dealing with the leasing office. I live in the Witmer right now and I think the Bartlett should hire friendly staff if they want to compete with the Witmer. I have many friends from the Bank and the IMF who are are moving to the area from the Gulf and I would definitely not recommend this property for the poor attitude I received.
