VCA Beacon Hill Cat Hospital

I called for an emergency and they told me they dont have appointments available, is supposed to be an emergency room! Staff on the phone was rude!

For the past 20+ years, we've only brought our cats to VCA Beacon Hill for all of their needs. Everyone here has been exceptional, from the doctors to the technicians, and even the front desk staff. We're truly thankful to have had a place we felt confident in that our animals were getting the best care they could throughout their lives. Unfortunately, just this past month we lost our third and final cat in the household. She had some serious health difficulties in the past couple years, but I don't think we would have gotten to spend more quality years with her without the support and expertise from the people at this facility. Though we're cat-less for the foreseeable future, this is the only place I will bring any of my future furry family members.

I love the team at VCA cat hospital. Brittany and Izzy at the front desk are patient and kind,even when you are being neurotic. Every doctor and tech that has seen my babies has listened to our concerns and needs and provided different options to consider when treating our cats. When my eldest cat was struggling towards the end of his life, they were wonderful, supportive and kind.

Beyond amazing vet! Everyone from the receptionist, the vet tech, to the vet herself were super friendly and helpful. They didn't shame me for feeding my cats food I can afford. My one cat is notoriously angry at the vet and this time she cooperated with them within reason. My 2nd cat managed to escape between someone's legs into the lobby and they brought her back giggling. They weren't mad at me for not controlling my cat. All of the suggestions were helpful and reasonable, I didn't feel like they were just trying to upset expensive treatments.
