        All banfields in general are ok for normal scheduled check ups. Its when you have a something behind that the services falter. No matter how long youve been a banfield member, if they dont have availability, they will not try to make 15 minutes to look at your dog to see if maybe its recommended to go to an emergency vet or likely something minor. And to be fair, if I have a scheduled appointment, and yes I value my time and things going per the schedule. If someone came in with a sick dog, Id be ok waiting an additional 15-20 minutes so the sick dog can get looked at. I would like to think it would not happen often. While I have been with banfield for over 12 years, and they claim to really care about my pet it seems the caring is by appointment only.

        They take such good care of my boy. Their front desk and medical staff are extremely kind and communicative. I feel confident leaving my dog here for drop-off appointments.
