        Give Ashley a raise!! She is an angel- moved me over to T-Mobile, figured out a complicated four line plane and put a new biz line on my personal phone so now I can toggle. She was super helpful and professional. A real gem!

        Jay was extremely helpful and informative. She helped me understand the bill and really made sure I understood every detail of the upgrade and equipment I was purchasing. She helped me get a great deal, so I came in to cancel part of my service and left instead with upgraded equipment and paying less each month! Amazing customer service experience thanks to Jay!

        After a friendly initial experience, I had to return twice to get set up bc of inadequate info given to me. Returned 2 days later to get my promised reimbursement for paying off my old phone and was told the promotion I had didn't qualify for that promised refund.. I would not depend on anything you are told there. They have so many promotions going on at one time that I don't see how any of the salespeople can keep them straight. Sorry I ever walked into this place. walked into the store walked

        This is the ONLY T-Mobile store I go to as it has a great selection of products, the best staff and team and an easy location for parking and getting in and out. Last week Mohammed was really helpful as I thought about switching phones. And this week Myanthony was incredibly kind and helpful setting up my new phone with me. Again, just the best team there who are kind and helpful always.
